This Privacy Policy explains what information Ledgerline collects and how we use it. Because this is a reference build, the surfaces described here operate in test mode only.
Information we collect
When you use the dashboard or run examples in the docs, we create an anonymous visitor identity for your browser so your test invoices, payment links, and events are scoped to you. If you contact support or subscribe to the Developer Digest, we store the name and email you provide.
How we use it
- To operate the product: keys, the event feed, and your ledger.
- To respond to support requests.
- To send the Developer Digest if you opted in (unsubscribe anytime).
What we don't do
We do not sell your data. In this reference build no real payment credentials are processed — test cards are deterministic fixtures, and no card data ever reaches a banking network.
Data retention & requests
Test-mode data lives in your browser's visitor scope and our storage; you can clear it by resetting your visitor identity. To request deletion of a support or newsletter record, contact us via the help center.
